Based on a true story and on an ancient folktale, inspired by Ernst Ludwig Kirchner.

Lovely. Really loved how you portray this picture. Love the painting feel on it as well. Nicely done!
P.S. the painting on the left, in somewhat way, reminded me of "The Scream" by Edvard Munch.

Well Munch or Kirchner, it's expressionism either way.

Art is therapy. It's good that you're getting this stuff out there, and even better that it's producing such beautiful work. It's powerful moving stuff like this that makes deviantart still a worthy hangout.

bah, quand on est modeste et perfectionniste, forcément, la satisfaction est difficile à atteindre :)
