When I decided to make a black and white comic, I knew I wanted to use some grey too, but I didn't want to use it in the traditional way: for highlights and shadows. I decided to use it purely for contrast. More often than not, I used it for emotional contrast rather than anything realistic. We'll see more examples of this, but Panzera's eyes in panel #3 are an illustration of what I mean.
And people who used to read the "My Life in Flux" comic strip may notice that some things are not where they should be...

1. PANZERA: Alors?
It's funny, I've never thought about it as "a book" before, which is why I chose a format that fits a computer screen rather than a more traditional comic format.
I apologise for not commenting lately, as I've been busy. But this series is interesting. The ambience is really nice and I love the storyline so far. It's really nice and I'm waiting for the next ones!
I like the jagged outline in the coughing panel. And I must say that Panzera is incredibly cute in all panels. Almost makes me forget she's all dangerous.
