Artist's Comments

Just because it was fun, here's a second version of my tribute to MuchGirl, with added shading and effect.

I still think that it works better with flat colors, though.

You'll find other experiments here.

Q: "AiKitsune, why do you make so many pixel dolls?"

A: Because this world needs MOAR pixel dolls.

Not that this doesn't look really great, but yeah, I was down with the flat Moebius colors. :D

I think it works well both ways-- I prefer the all-flat version, but the transparent creatures on the left look really cool this way

NICE. The color on the flat version definitely is bolder, but the transparency here kicks ass.

i think only the skin is too much white in it - the way you made the trousers is cool! for the creatures it works really good, but Muchy seems a bit translucent here too. i tried something here [link]

Transparent Bishop = FANTASTIC!

If you compare the two pieces, it looks as if they're slowly entering the third dimension.

I like this one better than the flat but that is just me:shrug: Looks fantastic man! Love it love it love it:thumbsup::heart:

In order for the 1st dimension (God) to get to the 5th (imagination), it must travel through the 2nd (motion) 3rd(space) and 4th (time)....and laugh alot. CSR/IED/SHAMAN

Ooh, the shading really makes this version pop out more. Nicely done :D
